Upon arriving at Triada, I had just experienced the worst travel day of my life. After checking out of two different hotels due to horrible service and unacceptable conditions during a 112-degree heat wave, I arrived at Triada nearly in tears. From the moment I walked through the doors, Danielle greeted me with genuine kindness and compassion. She had no idea what I had been through just to get there, yet her professionalism, empathy, and caring nature immediately made all of the frustrations of the day melt away. The room was perfect, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and after such a miserable day, everything finally felt right. My two-night stay was exactly what I needed before continuing on the next leg of my business trip. Before I left, I went back to personally thank Danielle for everything she had done. Her response was something I’ll never forget—she asked if she could give me a hug. That simple gesture of kindness went far beyond my expectations and meant more than she will ever know. It wasn’t just great customer service; it was genuine human compassion at a time when I truly needed it. Danielle reminded me what true hospitality looks like. Because of her, I will remain loyal to Marriott. She turned one of the worst travel days of my life into an experience that restored my faith in exceptional customer service. Thank you, Danielle. Back from Palm Springs, we had a great 2 days staying at Triada, everyone in the team is very nice, I wish i have gotten all of their names. The woman who works overnight, cool vibes ! Ricky at the bar, very nice as well and Thanks Alessandra for all your help at checkout.

A gem in PS. Nice architecture and deco. Its unique. Food here is great and fair compare to every where locally. Staffs are friendly and interactive with guests.

We had a great stay here. Chris & the valet staff were great. Same with the bartender. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do.

Our overnight stay at Hotel Triada Palm Springs this weekend was more than just a stop along the way to Los Angeles. It became a peaceful and comforting part of honoring my mom’s memory with my dad. The staff did not let us down. Danielle went out of her way to ensure our accommodations felt calm, comfortable, and caring during an emotional weekend. Alessandra welcomed us warmly and made sure we had the best room possible for our situation. Taran and Kevin were equally thoughtful and attentive, always making sure we were cared for with genuine kindness. Hospitality is about more than beautiful hotels. It’s about how people make you feel during moments that matter. This team delivered that beautifully, and we are deeply grateful. Thank you all for making a difficult weekend feel a little softer.

What a fabulous place to stay while in Palm Springs!! The concierge was Chris and was so polite amd made great suggestions during our visit. Robert the Bartender was very nice and accommodating, but our stay was so special because Ms. B was the icing on the cake. She made our gorgeous and delectable breakfast so amazingly delicious and had great suggestions. While enjoying the pool, Ms. B gave us the most outstanding service and her whole vibe is what this establishment needs! Give this girl a raise! Thank you to the whole staff here at Triada, we will definitely be back!

My husband and I absolutely loved having Triada be our “host hotel” for our wedding weekend recently. With a welcoming lobby, fitness center, two pools, hot tub, and three distinct “wings” of the hotel to choose what kind of vibe you want - what’s not to like! We particularly felt very taken care of given our Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Elite status. We set up a room block of 26 rooms and Triada also hosted a “welcome party” for the first day of our wedding weekend right on the Alma Pool Deck. The Triada team did “welcome bag” drops for us and created the perfect food/beverage program for us. The staff was incredibly attentive and kind to us and all our guests who traveled from around the country. Special shout outs to Jessica the Operations Manager / Director of Sales + Marketing, who was so gracious and beyond accommodating to every random ask we had and to Taran and Danielle at the front desk whose easygoing nature was so appreciated amongst the chaos of coordinating family and friends during our wedding weekend. We can’t wait to stay here again the next time we visit Palm Springs.

This charming and intimate property was beautifully renovated. The room was elegant, spacious, quiet and comfortable. The public spaces and pool area were also gorgeous. Front desk staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Short, safe walk to Canyon Rd restaurants, a park and Old Movie Colony residential area. Highly recommended.

This is a great Spanish themed hotel, close to downtown with beautiful rooms with all the amenities. We had a 1 bedroom with kitchen. It was like an apartment. 2 great pools, and small gym. The staff was friendly and the place was quiet. Walked to dinner etc everyday.
