Back from Palm Springs, we had a great 2 days staying at Triada, everyone in the team is very nice, I wish i have gotten all of their names. The woman who works overnight, cool vibes ! Ricky at the bar, very nice as well and Thanks Alessandra for all your help at checkout.

Upon arriving at Triada, I had just experienced the worst travel day of my life. After checking out of two different hotels due to horrible service and unacceptable conditions during a 112-degree heat wave, I arrived at Triada nearly in tears. From the moment I walked through the doors, Danielle greeted me with genuine kindness and compassion. She had no idea what I had been through just to get there, yet her professionalism, empathy, and caring nature immediately made all of the frustrations of the day melt away. The room was perfect, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and after such a miserable day, everything finally felt right. My two-night stay was exactly what I needed before continuing on the next leg of my business trip. Before I left, I went back to personally thank Danielle for everything she had done. Her response was something I’ll never forget—she asked if she could give me a hug. That simple gesture of kindness went far beyond my expectations and meant more than she will ever know. It wasn’t just great customer service; it was genuine human compassion at a time when I truly needed it. Danielle reminded me what true hospitality looks like. Because of her, I will remain loyal to Marriott. She turned one of the worst travel days of my life into an experience that restored my faith in exceptional customer service. Thank you, Danielle. Marriott should be incredibly proud to have someone as kind, caring, and dedicated as you representing their brand. I am truly grateful and will never forget your kindness.

Triada Palm Springs is a charming, casita style boutique hotel conveniently located near downtown Palm Springs and within an easy drive of many of the area’s attractions. Our check in was efficient and friendly, thanks to Danielle, and our room was located on the second floor. The property has a fun sense of history and plenty of character throughout its architecture and décor. Dating back to the 1920s and approaching its centennial, it was also once home to actor Alan Ladd. His fondness for Bloody Marys is woven into the hotel’s story, and the cocktail remains something of a signature here. Our room had a lovely shower and was comfortable overall, although the bed was not quite as comfortable as I would have liked. Daily housekeeping was appreciated, and the Gilchrist & Soames toiletries were a nice touch. The hotel also offers 24 hour service, which made coming and going easy. A particular standout was Robert at the bar. He was friendly, personable, and full of great recommendations. His service was exceptional, and he made some of the best cocktails we had during our time in Palm Springs. A stellar employee who genuinely elevated our experience. Overall, Triada offered a pleasant stay with plenty of Palm Springs charm, interesting history, and warm hospitality.
