Gem of a hotel. ...

Gem of a hotel. Staff is personally invested- it does not feel like a chain, but has all the advantages and perks of a Marriott hotel! Miss B and Cara at the front were awesome and it was so cool seeing the same couple staff people throughout the entire stay. It felt super personal, kinda like you’re in a guest in their home! Should be a training ground for other hotels.

This hotel is in ...

This hotel is in a great location to downtown Palm Springs. Totally unique place. Walked I. Think g the rooms would be super small because it was an older property revamped. Not the case. The staff were super nice and helpful. They each had their main job but they seemed to lend a hand out to the other staff members who might have been a little busier. The valet guy, super great, would help out the front desk. Ricky the bar tender also made the food. It almost seemed understaffed first but the teamwork made it flow. Well done staff. The hotel had both an old and new feeling to it. It has two smaller pools. One is a little warmer than the other. The rooms and property were very clean. It was missing some of the cool art a lot of other Autograph hotels have. I do wish it had some more art. The room was really nice with full size refrigerator, stove top, and sink. The bed was very comfortable. If you want to stay away from the bigger hotel crowds this is a good choice. Also, dog fees are maybe the cheapest around.

Had a really great stay here, best of the year for sure. Excellent hotel, funny bartender at the poolside bar, very nice staff. Location is excellent, walking distance to everything in Palm Springs (say within 1.5 KM or so) Room kitchen was very well equipped, full size fridge, four burner stove, lots of pots and pans. Air conditioning was quiet and cold. Bathroom well equipped. Can’t wait to come back.

I spent 2 nights ...

I spent 2 nights at the Triada in May 2025 and absolutely loved my experience. Here's why... From the minute we rolled up in our car rental at 10pm, a valet guy greeted us and helped us with our bags while taking the time to share hotel details that normally a valet wouldn't. I've been to hotels where it's hard to get assistance when you arrive late at night but this was not the case. We were immediately checked in to our room, given a brief history of the hotel, 2 complimentary drink vouchers to try their "Triada Bloody Mary" (there's a backstory!) and dinner recommendations in case we planned to venture out for a late bite. Our room was so perfect! A large suite with a full kitchen and living room area. The bed was on point! So comfortable! I'm a stickler when it comes to bathrooms and ours was spacious and felt new and modern! Additionally our room came with a private patio that was great for enjoying coffee and, in our case, taking important work calls. Triada has a Spanish house vibe. We found out that it actually used to be a residence which explains the architecture and details. There are a lot of cute corners overflowing with cacti and flowering succulents, romantic staircases, verandas, fountains and fire pits. Triada has a romantic European feel and lends itself to a lot of nice selfies and group photos! Our room #210 was located near cozy fire-pit and gurgling fountain in the Corazon Courtyard. The room was super clean and stocked with everything we needed to dine in-room and prep for hikes. The cleaning staff are really on top of things here. My favorite part of staying here was the pool. Keep in mind there are 2 pools: Pool B (salt water pool) and Pool D (fresh water pool). My husband and I prefered Pool D as it's the more charming one, with a nice mountain view. We totally hung out at the pool all day sipping on our Triada Bloody Mary's. If you're traveling with a pup like we were, this is a very dog-friendly establishment. There's a large square of green grass for the dogs to walk on and the winding paths will be fun for them to explore as well. Location-wise you can't go wrong as Triada is in the heart of downtown Palm Springs. I highly recommend crossing the street to get bfast or brunch at Cafe La Jefa in the Flannery Exchange building. There's also Cheeky's close by for the same. Copley's and Birba Restaurants are also directly across the street for finer dining. Lots of great shopping is within a 5-10 minute stroll from Triada. And if you need to walk your pet every morning like I did, I highly recommend walking along the streets behind the hotel where you'll find a really adorable neighborhood of mid-century modern homes to gawk at. For anything you need at Triada, Danielle (the front office mgr) is your girl. She gave us great local recommendations and lots of useful info. One last thing to mention is that the Triada restaurant stays open until around 10pm to accommodate in-room orders. The food is pretty straight forward, and while I'd recommend venturing out of the hotel for food, it's nice to have the restaurant as a back-up if you check-in late and are too tired to go out like we were on our first night. You can honestly not go wrong here. Enjoy your stay at Triada!
