Doors at 3:00 PM. Show at 4:00 PM. St. Marys Ballet Folklorico of Redlands is celebrating the 50th year anniversary. We enjoy sharing the music and dances of the Mexican culture with our community and audience. The unique qualities of each region or state are demonstrated in the music, dances, and costumes you will see throughout our program. As it is said folklorico dancing is much more than entertainment, it is history and Mexican culture turned into art. Our groups mission is to teach Mexican cultural dances and techniques, and instill confidence in the dancers by performing in public and private venues. We encourage our dancers to become involved in the community and to strive for excellence. In this way, we also build awareness of the Mexican culture to the public through the art of dance.
